Transitioning a loved one from the hospital knowing they will not be able to receive the best care needed from their large residential care facility was a difficult choice. We were given the names of a few homes that would be able to provide the Hospice care she needed. Gem Oaks was the first & only home we visited because of the beautiful home & the warmth & understanding of the owners Ernis & Emma & their wonderful caregivers. Our mom received constant attention homemade food & loved having the resident cats outside her patio doors. Our mission at GEM Oaks is serving seniors in a way that preserves their dignity and promotes their independence while enhancing their quality of life. We have well-trained staff to look after your loved ones like our own mom or dad.

We offer an intimate "high touch" service, assisted living home environment at a more affordable cost than the big assisted living facilities. No more long walks to the dining room, no more charging additional fees for assisting with medication and /or bathing & dressing. Our monthly rate is inclusive of care. High levels of care may require an additional charge.
